Jason Wells is the founder of AltWellbeing and a Healthspan Coach supporting adults 50+ who want to stay strong, mobile, confident, and independent as they age.

His work combines practical movement support, mobility guidance, wellbeing coaching, manual therapy, and real-world habit support in a calm, personalised, and evidence-aware way.

Alongside his health and coaching qualifications, Jason brings decades of leadership experience, international experience, expedition leadership, and a practical understanding of how people build resilience, confidence, and capability over time.
